KidGrow

1. Who May Use KidGrow

KidGrow is designed for children aged 2–6 under the supervision of a parent or guardian. The account must be created and managed by an adult (18+). By creating an account you confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian and consent to the child's use of the App.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for all activity under your account. Settings, purchases (when available), and profile changes are protected by a parental gate; do not share how to pass it with your child.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private, non-commercial family use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App or its content (illustrations, audio, stories, and games included).

4. Content & Downloads

Learning content (games, stories, language packs) may be downloaded into the App. Content is licensed, not sold, and remains our property or that of our licensors. We may add, update, or retire content over time.

5. Purchases

The core of KidGrow is free. If paid content is offered, purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms, always behind the parental gate. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled by the respective store's refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to breach, probe, or overload our services
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Do not misrepresent your identity when creating an account

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why — it is deliberately minimal for a children's app: no ads, no third-party analytics, no data selling.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to make KidGrow excellent, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it guarantees any particular educational outcome. KidGrow supplements — it does not replace — parental guidance and formal education.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imautotech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and material updates will be flagged in the App's Grown-up zone. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
